Somewhere in a mall near you, there’s a small army of people circling a well-lit kiosk, armed only with charming personalities and a super sweet iPad. Though their tech savvy is intimidating, their warm smiles and ability to save you money make for a winning combination. In tribute to these proud warriors, I’ve tried to imagine what a day at a WhereYouShop mall kiosk might be like.
The mall opens up and the promoters gather around to listen as their kiosk manager delivers a moving speech about WhereYouShop’s great local deals. Once they dry their tears, it’s time for them to go to work.
The lunch rush is officially on. Though the crowds mean a large number of potential signups, our promoters must do all they can to keep their trusty iPads out of harm’s way. Lunchtime means potential grease stains and nacho cheese spills, both of which can really hurt their sales pitch.
For the rest of the day, our promoters are able to slow things down a little and really talk to people. After being burned by other deal sites, a lot of our prospective signups have some trust issues. With WhereYouShop, they can learn how to love great local deals once again.
